The African Network of Entrepreneurs (TANOE), a leading entrepreneurship organisation has launched the Student CEO Summit Nationwide Tour under its Student and Youth Entrepreneurship Network (SYENet) Initiative and sponsored by TANOE Money.

The Student CEO Summit is an entrepreneurship and innovation conference with a mission to discover, develop and mentor the next generation of globally minded entrepreneurs’ right from school. STUDENT CEO SUMMIT will help tertiary students understand the fundamentals of entrepreneurship and expose them to the application of principles like savings and investments and essential entrepreneurial and leadership skills. With most of the speeches and facilitation being delivered by young, smart and passionate entrepreneurs coupled with case studies and easy-to-apply resources, the STUDENT CEO SUMMIT is set to shift paradigms, challenge the status quo, raise global leaders and business moguls and discover and nurture potentials of the next generation of entrepreneurs.

TANOE is very keen on everything that has to do with entrepreneurship from the ground up and this nationwide tour focused on building the capacity of student entrepreneurs is one of the projects they have rolled up to educate, inform, inspire and empower students to start their businesses from school and not wait till they complete just to be added to the statistics of unemployed graduates.

In a statement by the Program Coordinator, Seth Priceless Ala-Amegavie, he mentioned that the Student CEO Summit Nationwide Tour is in itself a call to action to all students with dreams of setting up businesses or building successful careers to start doing something today to move them closer to their dreams. He further stated the summit will showcase the existence of reliable support systems to the students who have already started businesses in school and need support to scale up.

TANOE, organisers of the Ghana Startup Awards, have extensive programs, projects and networks tailored specifically for all types of entrepreneurs. Their networks include GirlEmpowered, SYENET, The Startup Network, WomanRising and The SME Network.
